2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford

Our sixth release is sourced from the same Rutherford vineyard which served us so well in our 2013 release. Elegance and balance have become a trademark of the Timark wines, and this is no exception. French oak contributes toast notes and hints of spice. Dark fruit dominates the palate. The wine is enjoyable now, but the firm, yet silky structure should allow it to age well for a decade. Enjoy with good friends! 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Malbec.

2017 Micheal Moon Old Vine Zinfandel

Our inaugural release for Zinfandel is sourced from the famous Teldeschi vineyard planted almost 100 years ago. Elegance and balance have become a trademark of the Timark wines, and this is no exception. Medium garnet hue with blackberry and dark cherry notes on the nose. Bold and full bodied with flavors of berry and cherry echoing the nose. Subtle vanilla from French oak aging create a lush and lingering finish. 97% Zinfandel, 3% Petite Sirah.
